Information you give us

The only information this website asks for is what you type into our contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The loan type and property type you select
• Anything you write in the message box

We use it for one thing: to reply to you and discuss financing. We do not sell it, rent it out, or hand it to anyone else for their marketing.

Information collected automatically

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it — which pages are viewed, roughly what region visitors are in, and what sort of device they are on. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser in order to do that. We read it in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to work out who you are.

This site does not show a cookie banner, so those analytics cookies are set when you arrive. If you would rather not be measured, you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Where your enquiry goes

When you submit the contact form, your enquiry is stored in the content system that runs this website and emailed to us so we can respond. It passes through the service providers that host this site and deliver that email, and no further. We do not pass your details to lenders or any third party without speaking to you about it first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while we are working with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards as part of our business records. If you would like yours deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it.

• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your details
• Stop contacting you

Security

This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, so what you type into the form is protected in transit. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Children

This site is about commercial and investment property financing. It is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
